Another piece I did at our cottage. While there I mostly drew bloody, crazy killerguys along with my younger brother and cousin. Too bad I forgot to take them with me home, I would have put a few of them into my scraps othervise. :<
I got my Inspiration on Speckery when a woodpecker collided with our window and died. It had the most gorgeous black wings with white specks on them. (Then we found another dead bird under our beds, but that one was already partly rotten and skeletony. x< ) Watercolors and black marker || A3 Watercolorpaper || 6h Daily DeviationGiven 2007-08-02"Speckery" by *ShadowUmbre is a gorgeous watercolour and ink work. Full of rich colors and texture. Great detail in the head as well. At first you see a hawk, then the hand followed by the griffin-like face. A picture you need to stare for a long time to fully appreciate it. An artist you'd better add to your watch list if you don't want to miss more wonders.... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
